Would 81 suffice for an mbbs seat in mumbai/bordering regions? [cet]?

I've scored 81 marks,[MHT-CET] kind of disappointing considering my general performance. I'm not willing to drop a year and write it again, as my parents don't want me to give up an year. So I'd like to know if it's possible to get into a UG college for mbbs course, either Government or private [doesn't matter]. If it's not under merit, then is it possible under management qouta? If so, how much INR am I looking at? I live in Kandivali, Mumbai. Thanks for your help. and yeah, I'm under OBC qouta.
