Does he like me? please help?

ok.. we are both freshmen in hs nd he is dating my friend... i told her everything about this so she knows... he doesnt know she knows tho... so at 8th grade promotion, he gave me a ug and kissed me on the cheek. i liked him before my friend did and we were constantly flirting before they started going out. he told my friend that he had liked her for like 3 months which was a lie because he was like totaly in LOVE with my other friend a month before. he still flirts constantly what should i do?
