Can I do an Ms degree?

Hi i ve completed by B.E degree in Computer science stream with 67% I am planning to work for a year and then go 4 Ms my area of interest is developing applications both web based as well as window based . Which stream can I choose in Ms and i m in a confusion that will I be able to do it coz ive a average score in my UG degree. Kindly guide me.
